Chelsea Jackomis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is the CEO and Founder of her behavior analysis firm in Tampa Florida which provides services for intensive and forensically disabled adults. She is creator of Behavior Across History (BAH), an educational platform dedicated to examining historical events, institutional systems, ethics, and human behavior through a behavior-analytic lens while providing continuing education opportunities for fellow analysts.

Chelsea’s passion for helping others was shaped by her own experiences growing up with learning disabilities and navigating life as a military child. These early experiences fostered a deep appreciation for the challenges individuals face while attempting to succeed within the constraints of their environments and ultimately inspired her dedication to behavior analysis and evidence-based intervention.

With years of experience as both an educator and behavior analyst across public and private settings, Chelsea has specialized in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, and complex behavioral needs. Her professional experience includes working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, traumatic brain injuries, seizure disorders, DDX3X, and significant behavioral challenges that have resulted in incarceration, institutional placement, or intensive residential support needs. She is grateful not only to support her consumers and caregivers, but to also act as a member on a local review committee in her region to support other analysts in the creation of ethical behavior plans for implementation for those with severe behavioral needs.

In addition to direct clinical services, Chelsea specializes in caregiver training, staff development, systems analysis, and organizational consulting. She has collaborated with schools, business owners, residential providers, interdisciplinary teams, and caregivers to improve environmental systems, strengthen staff competency, reduce escalation patterns, and implement sustainable behavior-analytic practices that support long-term success.

Behavior Across History was developed from Chelsea’s passion for exploring how behavioral science extends beyond traditional clinical environments and into broader social, historical, and institutional systems. Through podcast episodes and CEU presentations, BAH examines topics such as coercive control, rule-governed behavior, systems escalation, ethical failures, institutional contingencies, and environmental variables that shape both individual and group behavior throughout history.

Her work emphasizes objective behavioral interpretation, ethical responsibility, environmental accountability, and the practical application of behavior science to complex real-world systems. Across all professional endeavors, Chelsea maintains a strong commitment to compassionate, practical, and sustainable support that promotes dignity, autonomy, and meaningful quality of life outcomes.
